Start with the process that takes your time
A studio might manually send project updates to clients. A small business might copy requests from messages into a spreadsheet. A client portal or internal system can bring the relevant actions and information into one place.
For the first conversation, show me how things work today. I help define a useful first version: what you need to start using it and what can be added later.
Scope and an estimate before development
The initial review is free. I ask clarifying questions and describe the task in stages. You get a view of the scope, order of work and budget before starting. The cost depends on what people do inside the system, their roles and the services it connects to.
Each stage ends with working software you can check. That makes it easier to see how it fits your process and refine the next steps.
Work that fits one developer
I take on internal systems, client portals, interfaces to existing data, services for smaller audiences and improvements to products that have already launched.
I work independently. If your project needs several developers at once, I will say so during the review so you can plan the launch accordingly.
An existing system when it fits
I first check whether an existing open product, such as a CRM, tracker or dashboard, can solve the task through configuration. If it fits, I propose it with a setup estimate. Custom development makes sense where an existing system cannot cover a process that matters to your business.
