Integrations

Enquiries go to your CRM, customers pay on the website and order alerts reach Telegram. I connect your services to reduce manual data entry.

How I can help

  • Enquiries get lost in email, and the person handling them finds out too late.
  • Customers have to request payment details in a separate message.
  • Orders are copied from the website to the CRM by hand, taking time and introducing errors.
  • Delivery prices have to be quoted in messages instead of calculated in the cart.
  • A connection stopped working after an update, with no clear error message.

How I work

  1. 1I describe the required outcome: which customer action triggers the exchange and who receives the data.
  2. 2I check documentation, access and service requirements, and try the connection in a test environment first.
  3. 3I configure data exchange, retries and event logs so a failure can be investigated.
  4. 4I connect error tracking and alerts for problems.
  5. 5I show you how to check the path from an enquiry or payment to its record in the destination system.

What I connect

Payments, delivery, enquiries and notifications configured around your workflow. If your service is not listed, I will check its API and connection options before estimating the work.

Payment

YooKassa and Robokassa: card and SBP payments, fiscalization, receipts, refunds, and recurring charges for subscriptions.

Delivery

ApiShip — one integration covering CDEK, Russian Post, Boxberry and the rest: cost calculation in the cart, pickup point selection, waybill creation, tracking.

CRM

Bitrix24 and amoCRM: an enquiry from the site becomes a deal with a source and fields on it, not an email that somebody has to remember to read.

Messengers

Telegram bots: order notifications, a “message me” button instead of a form, and simple flows such as booking or order status.

Fewer manual steps after each enquiry

A visitor submits a form and a CRM deal appears with their contacts and enquiry source. A customer places an order and you receive a notification. Delivery costs are visible before payment. I define the sequence around the way your business works.

I can connect one service or arrange data exchange between several. If an existing connection has failed, I first investigate the cause and estimate the repair.

Checks and visibility are part of the work

A successful test payment or enquiry is only the start. An external service may return an error, access can expire and an event may arrive more than once. The agreed flow therefore includes error handling, event logs and alerts.

I check the exchange with test data before launch. Afterwards I show you where to see the result and how to spot a problem.

What I need to estimate the work

Send the website address, the services involved and a short example: “After an enquiry, create an amoCRM deal and send a Telegram message.” I will check the connection options and explain which access permissions or service contracts are needed.

An integration with 1C needs a specialist on the 1C side. I can build the receiving end on the website; that part of the work is scoped separately.
